Mylius Yachts is an Italian boutique yacht builder known for high-performance, semi-custom sailing yachts that blend racing capability and cruising comfort with refined Italian design and advanced materials
Formed in 2000 by experienced Yachtsman, they are craftsman when it comes to carbon construction and lightweight performance cruising yachts, with the Mylius 60 being no exception.

Hull & Deck Construction
Full carbon-fibre sandwich hull and deck: the primary structure is made from carbon fibre skins with a PVC foam core bonded in an epoxy resin matrix, producing a very light but extremely strong composite.
Vacuum-bagging and post-cure processes are used during lamination in a female mould to ensure proper resin distribution, bonding, and structural integrity.
The bulkheads and deck are structurally bonded to the hull with epoxy adhesives, creating a unified load-bearing structure for stiffness and strength.
