Verkoop van particulier. Gebouwd in 2023 en nieuw gekocht in mei 2025. De boot is in zeer goede staat met slechts 120 motoruren en recentelijk onderhouden door een officiële dealer (oktober 2025). Zowel de boot als de Mercury-motor zijn onder officiële garantie vanaf de aankoopdatum (mei 2025). Het is een ideale boot voor uitstapjes naar de Balearen, perfect voor een of twee stellen. Zeer comfortabel en stabiel varen op kruissnelheid:

· De oversteek Denia – San Antonio (Ibiza) is comfortabel met een gemiddelde snelheid van 21 knopen, met een geschatte duur van 2,5 uur en een werkelijk verbruik van ongeveer 180 liter.

· De oversteek Denia – Formentera verbruikt net iets minder dan 200 liter, met een duur van iets minder dan 3 uur op dezelfde kruissnelheid.

Maximale capaciteit overdag: 8 personen.

Bedden/slaapplaatsen: voorhut voor 2 personen + bed in de achtersteven — in totaal tot 4 slaapplaatsen.

Het heeft twee volledig uitgeruste keukens (binnen en buiten), beide met een koelkast, inductiekookplaat en kraan met stromend water. Het heeft een buitendouche in de cockpit en een binnendouche in de badkamer.

Het wordt geleverd met alle kussens, inclusief die voor het zonneterras aan de voorkant, een camperstijl luifel en een 360º bimini voor de hele cockpit. Het bevat in totaal drie accu's (selecteerbaar naar eigen inzicht van de schipper). Voorzien van een plotter met bijgewerkte nautische kaarten (GPS/Plotter Simrad GO9), boegschroef en elektrische ankerlier, wat de navigatie, manoeuvreren en ankerprocedures enorm vergemakkelijkt. De geringe diepgang en uitstekende wendbaarheid maken het mogelijk om vrijwel elke baai gemakkelijk te bereiken.

De belastingen zijn betaald; de toekomstige koper is alleen verantwoordelijk voor de ITP (8%) en de kosten van de eigendomsoverdracht.

De boot is geregistreerd in Zone C, wat het mogelijk maakt om naar de Balearen te varen. Het heeft alle vereiste veiligheidsuitrusting hiervoor (behalve de reddingsvlot). Documentatie in orde, boot vrij van lasten.

Inclusief een dinghy voor 2+1 personen met een Mercury-motor van 1,5 PK.

It is an ideal boat for trips to the Balearic Islands, perfect for one or two couples. Very comfortable and stable sailing at cruising speed:

· The Denia – San Antonio (Ibiza) crossing is comfortable at an average speed of 21 knots, with an approximate duration of 2.5 hours and an actual consumption of around 180 litres.

· The Denia – Formentera crossing consumes just under 200 litres, with a duration of slightly less than 3 hours at the same cruising speed.

Maximum daytime capacity: 8 people.

Beds/sleeping places: bow cabin for 2 people + bed in the stern — a total of up to 4 sleeping places.

It has two fully equipped kitchens (indoor and outdoor), both with a refrigerator, induction hob and tap with running water. It has an outdoor shower in the cockpit and an indoor shower in the bathroom.

It comes with all the cushions, including those for the bow sundeck, a camper-style awning and a 360º bimini for the entire cockpit. It includes three batteries in total (selectable at the skipper's discretion). Equipped with a plotter with updated nautical charts (GPS/Plotter Simrad GO9), bow thruster and electric windlass, which greatly facilitates navigation, manoeuvring and anchoring. Its shallow draught and excellent manoeuvrability allow easy access to virtually any cove.

VAT is paid; the future buyer will only be responsible for ITP (transfer tax, 8%) plus the costs of changing ownership.

The boat is registered in Zone C, which allows it to sail to the Balearic Islands. It has all the safety equipment required for this (except the life raft). Documentation all in order, boat free of charges.

Includes a dinghy for 2+1 people with a 1.5 HP Mercury engine.
