We’re selling our 1998 Hatteras 52 Sport Deck, currently kept at Sandy Creek Yacht Club (SCYC) Marina on Lake Travis, TX. This boat has been "freshwater only" since new and kept in covered marinas, preserving the exterior and systems over time with less corrosion and weather wear.

Great condition and extremely well cared for. We have all engine maintenance records from 1999 to present, plus manuals for all systems. In July 2020, the boat received an Interlux 2000E epoxy primer coat/protective barrier coat, and the Dupont Imron exterior paint is in superior condition.

Layout & comfort: 3 staterooms / 3 heads and a stackable washer/dryer for longer stays onboard. There are 4 air conditioning & heating systems, including the aft deck enclosure, so the boat stays comfortable in either weather. The frameless salon windows have no leaks.

Power & mechanical: Twin Detroit Diesel 8V92TA DDEC engines (~895 hours), 760 BHP, and a clean engine room (lower engine hours compared to comps). There’s also a 20 kW Onan generator for onboard power away from the dock.

Another feature is the safe, well-designed transom with stairs leading up/down to the oversized swim platform, providing easy water access and very practical at the dock.

Selling due to relocation out of Austin, at competitive and fair price. Function and layout are top quality, we’ve enjoyed this boat thoroughly.
