NEW LISTING The Oyster 72 was the first Oyster to have the sweeping G5 deck saloon profile, giving a sleek and elegant appearance. Rob Humphreys and the Oyster Design Team were tasked with drawing a hull based on our long distance bluewater heritage, but with a greater emphasis on performance. Modern composite engineering ensured that the hull and deck were light and stiff, without compromising strength and durability. The split cockpit provides a spacious and comfortable lounging or dining area, while the working cockpit is further aft, making it an ideal layout for family sailing or charter guests. Below decks, the 72 boasts a superb saloon, with the galley just forward of the mast, a layout appreciated by owner’s and guests alike. She sleeps ten in five spacious and well appointed cabins. Holo Kai is still in her original ownership, initially she was chartered, but her primary use has always has been for family sailing in the Mediterranean, Caribbean and US West Coast. She was specified for ease of handling with push-button hydraulic furling to her mainsail, genoa and staysail. Maple joinery below decks give a clean, modern feel. Holo Kai is a proven long range bluewater cruiser with Oyster pedigree.
