    This is a Monk 36 trawler, hull #244, with 2 cabins and 2 heads that is well-suited for day trips, living aboard, the Great Loop or even the Bahamas.  She is in super condition and competitively priced for the current market. Salon settee converts to a full-sized berth; the galley has a 3-burner gas stove and oven, a full-size refrigerator and a double-well deep sink with pull-down faucet. Plenty of light throughout the boat, with full curtains for night.  The separate shower in the master head has plenty of room, and there is abundant storage throughout.   The Cummins engine purrs along, has a full keel and protected propeller and rudder. Note the many upgrades - you'll see this Monk has been well cared for and is an awesome find!
