Freshwater boat just arrived from the Great Lakes, due to arrive in Murrel's Inlet Nov 1, 2025 The best-selling yacht in her class for several years, the 530 Voyager, was the flagship of the Carver fleet when she was introduced in 1998. Her classic pilothouse lines will probably always be in style, and the Voyager’s spacious cherry wood interior ranked with the most comfortable cruising yachts of her day. The layout has the galley forward in the salon rather than on the pilothouse level, as it is on many similar yachts. A curved settee is next to the center-line lower helm, and steps behind the helm lead up to the bridge. The pilothouse door is a plus, providing easy access for the captain when coming along dockside. There are three staterooms and two heads below, including a full-beam master with a tub/shower and a private head. A walk-around queen berth is in the forward VIP stateroom, and the third guest stateroom's bunk berths can convert to a sofa, which could create a small office space. On the upper deck, aft of the helm, is a circular lounge area with a molded table that accommodates eight or nine adults. Additional features include cockpit engine room access, a bow AND stern thruster, a hydraulic crane to lift your dinghy to the bridge deck and Volvo Penta 480 hp diesel engines and PLUS generator and inverter with newly installed Lithium house bank.
Great boat that is a joy to cruise on. We have enjoyed many sunrises and sunsets from the aft deck. We hate to let her go but we are upgrading to a bigger model. Boat has new custom mattress in master state room. New cushions on the bow of boat. Fire suppression system in engine room has current inspection. New GFCI outlets throughout boat. New Raritan marine elegance toilet in master bathroom. Upgraded drains in both bathrooms. Pex water line throughout. Four new batteries installed recently.
