Due to an injury we have had to change our plans and put Otter up for sale. After months of clean up, maintenance and upgrades we still haven't had a chance to take her out sailing. Clean up :- entire boat emptied post purchase from previous owner. All old, unused or unessential gear removed. Maintenance. Teak deck fully cleaned and oiled. Main cabin fully stripped, mechanically cleaned and relined. 50% of fresh water plumbing removed or replaced. Entire upholstery, mattresses and cushions replaced, with new professional coverings.
