This boat has been loved and babied by 2 older aged fishermen who have given it anything and everything ever needed or desired. No expense has ever been spared and for the majority of life Magnus has been garaged. This is the 1950 Magnum Tyee GS OB. Only 1200 Magnums were ever built by Lund. The window sticker in 2000 said the MSRP was over 47k not including engine lift, electronics, trolling motor, bimini, covers, trailer or downriggers. The Lund 1950 Magnum Tyee GS OB is easily one the best boats ever built by Lund be measure of hull construction, durability, upholstery quality, reliability, accessories, and overall build quality. There is amazingly space inside the Magnum hull that is both deep and wide. All seats can be removed except the Captain's throne, so configurations are limitless. The hull has snaps for a Great Lakes bimini, but such is not included or even desirable down here in Georgia. This boat has a super smooth and dry ride even in choppy or wavy conditions due to the unique hull design and the 4 air ride seats. The boat easily leaps onto plane. The transom jack allows for skinny water operation and loading at shallow or simple ramps. The Mercury Optimax performs like new and though the hull is rated for 200 hp, this 150 toys with the boat and given the 55 gallon built-in fuel reserve also benefits from good fuel economy. The low hours engine starts and runs perfectly and is rock solid reliable and strong. The electronics package includes 2 Humminbird 998c HDSI Sonar/chartplotters with ethernet and both Navionics and Lakemaster Map chips. The Minnkota I-pilot Link 24 volt 80 lbs trolling motor has an accessory HD/DI/Si transducer along with the US2 integral transducer. The Minnkota will spot lock, follow the contour and go to your Waypoints. It will also map its own pull and reverse it. The 2 trolling batteries were replaced in 2025 as were the two Engine/Accessory batteries. The Engine/Accessory batteries are setup as front and rear and are controlled by a Perko battery selector and isolation switch. The boat package includes a high quality Shorelander single axle roller bunk trailer with surge brakes rebuilt in 2023, bearings and buddies in 2023, new tires in 2025, plus a spare wheel and tire. ⁸You will not find a better boat at this price and equipped as nicely as this one. This is not a fixer upper and is ready to fish or cruise. The hull is in excellent condition and the transom sound as a rock. Electronics, downriggers, and trolling motor are negotiable points. I like them all and everything works as advertised. I will reduce the price by their value to sell separately if you don't want these elements. Same goes for the paddle, boat hook, dock lines and delta prow anchor/chain/rode.
I am not looking for dealer or reseller assistance as this boat will sell to the first buyer interested enough to come look at it.
