You are looking at what is arguably the best mid-sized cruiser opportunity currently on the market. She was just delivered a little more than 6 months ago, this boat shows (looks and smells) brand new. She is the newest build available and has only 150 hours on the twin Volvo D13s. In the short time period since her delivery from the factory in December, she has cruised most of the east coast and the Bahamas. She is the much sought after brand-new Black Edition which was just introduced in late ’24 and features many upgrades from the previous (older) version of the M55. She is the only pre-owned Black Edition on the market. The owner had to wait 20 months to get this boat and currently the wait times for this model are running about the same. This is because M55 Black Editions are highly sought after and Maritimo only delivers a couple dozen boats a year to the US. These are not mass-produced yachts. Why Maritimo M55 Black Edition? As soon as you step aboard the M55 you will appreciate the Maritimo difference, and you will be immediately captivated by its space – easily accommodating your family in style, safety and comfort. A fully enclosed climate-controlled flybridge sky lounge with internal staircase access provides the essential comfort needed for long-range cruising and passage making. It is a complete game changer. Once you own a Maritimo with an enclosed flybridge, you will never go back. Built in Australia, it’s sharpened exterior design, extensive entertainment areas, and high performance reset the international standard for long-range cruising motor yachts. Why Is It Available? Turns out a lot can change in our lives during the 2.5 years since going to contract for this boat. Long story short, we are looking to move up to a much larger boat with full-time crew (and yes, it must have an enclosed flybridge and a Maritimo M75 is a good possibility).
