Beschrijving
This popular family cruiser comes complete with a twin axle road trailer giving flexibility in cruising location. Well maintained and equipped for lake or coastal cruising. An ideal starter boat with good headroom for a 23 foot boat and a separate heads compartment makes life easier with family and friends . New interior upholstery, head lining in 2021 and 2019 Tohatsu 8hp outboard.
Construction
GRP constructed yacht with white hull, deck and superstructure. Self bailing anchor locker in bow with ground tackle. Large self bailing cockpit with deep storage locker to starboard. Offset outboard well at transom for engine with protective lid that doubles as a seat.
Lifting keel centre plate with ballast keel allows shallower water to be explored with peace of mind. Transom hung rudder with tiller steering.
Mechanicals
Vessel powered by a 8hp Tohatsu, 4-stroke outboard located in a well, purchased new in 2018. Remote fuel tank and engine controls.
12v system with single battery recharged via the engine.
Rigging and Sails
Fractional rigged Bermudan sloop with deck stepped alloy spars. Stainless steel standing rigging and Terylene running rigging led aft to cockpit.
Roller furling headsail and slab reefing Mainsail stored on boom mounted lazy jack bag.
Accommodation
Accommodation for 4 in an open plan layout with good headroom for a 23 footer. All upholstery has been recovered and is in super condition and the headlinings have also just been changed.
Two berths in forward part of the saloon and double berth aft beneath the cockpit sole.
The galley area is on port side beside companionway with a gimballed single burner hob, top loading coolbox and stainless sink with manual fresh water and storage cupboards. Opposite the galley is the heads compartment with chemical head and wash hand basin. Forward of the heads and at the end of the starboard saloon settee is a chart table with chart storage and electrical panel.
