70' Santa Cruz 70 '85
This Santa Cruz 70, #3, (previously named CITIUS, OLE, and THIRSTY TIGER) had a great racing career. The current owners bought her in 2015 and modified her as a turnkey Subchapter T vessel ready for a charter business. She is only available because of a change in owners’ plans. The current COI is for 39 passengers and 3 crew in partially protected waters. The current navigational limits are Pt Sur to Bodega Bay and 20 miles offshore.
This is a wonderful opportunity to obtain a swift sailing passengers-for-hire boat at a fraction of replacement cost.
Accommodations
Forward is a watertight bulkhead as required by Subchapter T. Next aft is storage, an equipment room, and the head. The main salon has a settee and table to starboard followed by a large galley aft by the main companionway. There is a nav station to port and a settee plus storage. There are eight pipe berths and the engine aft under the cockpit.
