Beschrijving

"Bloodhound" is a U.S. documented vessel and was built in Costa Mesa, CA. She is factory finished. Her first owner was the disc jockey who made Gary Wright’s song so popular in Southern California. After the DJ’s brief ownership, she was bought by a couple in 2000 who voyaged around Mexico and Central America, transited the Panama Canal and sailed her to St Mary’s, Georgia where she was put on the hard in 2007. The current owners bought her in 2008 and had her trucked to Lake Texoma on the Texas-Oklahoma border where we sailed her very lightly for five years. Before trucking her to Prince Edward Island, Canada in 2014 where she is currently on the hard at Souris Marina, she was extensively overhauled at Cedar Mills Marina, Gordonville, Texas (manufacturer of Valiant Yachts). "Bloodhound" has spent most of her time on PEI on the hard while being maintained. The owners age and lousy joints are keeping him from sailing her.
