The 44’ Open is an evolution coming from the success from the Viking 42’ Open/ST/SC. The 44’ provides a similar layout and conveniences for an owner/operator like the 42’ model, with the conventional drive line (transmissions, shafts and propellers) in place of the Zeus Pod System.
The interior layout provides for 2 staterooms and 1 head with the guest stateroom being a mid ship double. The large galley area is utilized along with the increased size in the command deck for entertaining.
The standard power in the new 44’ are the MAN I6 800CRM: 800 MHP engines.
