2010 HARGRAVE 101 MOTORYACHT SOLO TU IS A MUST SEE
SOLO TU features a luxurious four stateroom layout with three crew cabins, a huge aft deck, expansive flybridge, and a jaw dropping main salon/dining area/country kitchen arrangement on her main deck. She has a day head concealed in the space below the raised pilothouse, and the entire yacht has been cleverly designed to maximize storage, comfort, and ease of maintenance.
The main salon is accessed from the aft deck through a large sliding door to starboard. Situated aft to port is the wet bar, with an icemaker, bottle & glass storage, two stools, and a sliding window to provide service access to the aft deck. To starboard aft is the audio/video center with a 55" TV. Seating in the salon area is provided with two large occasional chairs to starboard, and an L-shaped couch to port. A triangular hi-lo table provides cocktail & dining option.
Forward in the salon is an eight-place dining table, an abundance of storage, a concealed wine cooler & mini butler's pantry to port.
From the dining area, the companionway to starboard leads to the day head, access to the wheelhouse, and continuing forward, the country kitchen and day lounge area with windows providing nearly panoramic views!
The very private VIP guest stateroom with ensuite facilities is accessed from this area via a gentle staircase.
Access to the master suite and two guest suites is provided via a staircase with generous measurements. At the base of this staircase is a vestibule, which acts as a focal point for owners and guests to access their suites. The full sized washer and
dryer is concealed here.
The master suite is accessed through grand entry double doors. Sumptuous accommodations include king size bed with oversized drawers beneath, built-in sofa to port, maximum sized dresser to starboard, his and her closets, nightstands, and
audio/video system with a flat screen TV.
SOLO TU's layout here features his and her heads with a generous, oversized shower (with a seat) between the heads. On
his side, a toilet, bidet, mirrored ceiling, custom flooring and fabulous vanity are offered. On her side, highlights include separate bathtub, make-up area with stool, custom hardware and countertops, and easy access to the shared shower.
Forward of the master suite, through the vestibule are two guest suites, each with queen berth, TV, abundant storage, and very generous ensuite facilities.

The aft deck features built-in athwartships seating, a large teak dining table, and four very comfortable chairs. A concealed TV on an electric actuator, sink, SUB ZERO refrigerator drawers, a gorgeous teak sole, and concealed storage for the MARQUIPT gangway, combine to make this a very inviting area. Access to the swim platform is provided via gently curved stairs on the port and starboard sides.
Access via a fiberglass staircase to starboard, is provided to the flybridge. The dinghy and davit are all the way aft. A handy sun lounge (with adjustable backs), hot tub, BBQ grill & SUB ZERO refrigerator, are in the open air section of the flybridge.
Just a few steps forward, luxuriate in the shade provided by a custom Palm Beach Towers hardtop (new in 2019), and bring your friends! Highlights include wet bar, icemaker, flip down TV, a large L-Shaped lounge with hi-lo table to starboard, and an
oversized U-Shaped lounge to port. A 10' hi-lo table (with removable leaf), services this huge area. The flybridge controls are forward to port (helm and companion seat) and to starboard is a three-person forward facing bench seat.
Access to the raised pilothouse is provided from a central stair/hatch!
The crew area is accessed via a full headroom, hinged door, from the swim platform. To port is the captain's cabin with a queen berth and ensuite facilities. To starboard is a single oversized berth cabin, which shares a head and shower, with a third crew cabin that sleeps two on upper & lower berths.
Access to the engine room is from the companionway in this area

SOLO TU was a one-owner, pleasure yacht which was enjoyed by her original owner for approximately 8 years. Her second owner purchased her after, in August 2018, while hauled out in preparation for storm storage, SOLO TU shifted off its stands,
which were displaced by yard debris. She sustained some rudder propeller, shaft, window, and cosmetic fiberglass damage. Her underwater gear was repaired on site, and the vessel navigated from the Virgin Islands to Fort Lauderdale, NON STOP, and the cosmetic damage was repaired at CABLE MARINE. During the course of her refit, (2) new generators were installed, a modern hardtop was fabricated, new electronics were selected, and she was treated to a complete AWLCRAFT paint job. Her major systems were completely serviced as necessary.
