Beschrijving

This 2006 full displacement Dutch-built Linssen Grand Sturdy 470 is simply a class act. Full service history, Naiad stabilisers, twin Deutz DTA 44 diesels, spectacular fuel economy and twin Stateroom layout. Very low hours - stunning condition throughout. An exceptional yacht.

Construction

RCD Status: The yacht conforms with the essential safety requirements of Directive 94/25EC or RCDII (2013/53/EU as appropriate (Recreational Craft Directive) and is categorised B – “Offshore” for 12 persons on board.

 

Hull, Deck & Superstructure Construction:

  • Full welded steel construction with 2 component epoxy DD Dark Blue enamel above waterline, Beige superstructure and Yellow waterline enamels, and 2 component high solid coating below waterline.
  • Polished stainless steel rubbing strake ends and capping rail.
  • Stainless steel and teak swim platform with polished stainless steel bitts.
  • Rockwool insulation to hull, superstructure and decks, and sandwich insulation to panelling.
  • Heavy duty aluminium window frames with 10mm glass, & wheelhouse door in highly varnished teak.
  • Polished stainless steel grab handles variously at superstructure.
  • Polished stainless steel solid grab rails to decks with access chains midships.
  • Teak decking to main deck, cockpit and aft bathing platform (with teak treads to aft platform stairs).
  • Cherrywood interior with inlaid Wenge frames, teak flooring throughout with inlaid ash strips, removable carpets and over-carpets as required.

Description of layout from forwards:

  • Forward VIP cabin with vee berth – separate heads compartment to port and separate shower compartment to starboard.
  • Lower saloon (dinette to port – can convert to an occasional double berth) with galley to starboard.
  • Main saloon has sideboard to port side, with helm console (unused helm seat currently in storage (never un-wrapped) and can easily be fitted if required) forward to port – with u-shaped comfortable sofa to starboard.
  • Separate Aft Master cabin accessed by stairs, with raised centreline double berth, separate heads compartment to starboard and separate shower compartment to port.

 

Guest forecabin:

  • Two full-size berths in vee format, with storage lockers beneath – note proper sprung mattresses with slatted bases.
  • Shelved locker to port, hanging locker to starboard, removable carpets with teak and ash sole beneath.
  • Ensuite access aft to port for heads, and aft to starboard for shower, with central door leading to dinette and galley area.

 

Ensuite Forward Heads to port:

  • PAR Quiet Flush wc with fresh-water flushing, recessed washbasin with tap, Corian top and storage.
  • Teak and ash sole, port-light (with privacy curtain) and bathroom fittings.

 

Ensuite Forward shower to starboard:

  • Alexander III hydraulic anchor winch mounted above deck, feeding 50 metres of 10mm galvanized anchor chain through a hawse pipe to a 20kg Bruce anchor.
  • Two polished stainless steel bollards to foredeck, two single bollards mid-front, two single bollards mid-stern and two polished stainless steel bollards to stern.
  • Stainless steel protection sets at all bollards and side entrances.
  • Integrated steel dodgers to aft decks, and integrated deckboxes with lockable teak tops to aft deck area.

 

Aft Cockpit:

  • Teak cockpit table with folding central section for ease of access through cockpit, with upholstered (deep-buttoned) seat cushions to aft cockpit lounge.
  • Twin upholstered Magnus “S” helm and nav. chairs (with footrests) to upper helm position.

 

Upper Helm Console:

 

Covers, Canvas & Cushions:

  • Blue canvas canopy enclosure for aft cockpit (as fitted in photos) – extends from windscreen top to enclose all.
  • Supplementary blue canvas drop panel to close forward spray hood panel just behind helm chairs.
  • Summer hood (barely used).
  • Deep-buttoned leatherette cream cushions to aft cockpit (matching twin helm chairs).
