Accommodations

LUKOUSAURUS represents the finest quality vessel in the 100' range available on the market. This yacht has been captain maintained and spent a large portion of run time on the Great Lakes. Her three stateroom layout with twin crew quarters forward, feature anigre wood joinery with cherry wood accents and a full custom interior. The yacht includes redundancy and back up systems throughout and a sound engineering package. From the aft deck, entrance to the main salon is through stainless and glass door where you will get a peek at the exquisite custom interior and tasteful appointments. To port is a fully equipped sunken bar with a marble counter top and matching marble flooring. Starboard you will find a large comfortable upholstered L-shape sofa and coffee table. Forward in the main salon are built in buffets custom fitted for fine China, glassware and stemware and a dining table for six. additional cabinetry with built-in drawers, shelves and a 50" plasma TV are found on the forward wall. From the main salon forward is the dayhead, access up to the raised pilothouse and entry forward to the galley. 

The guest accommodations area is entered via a stairwell on the portside forward of the main salon. The stairway opens to a nicely appointed foyer with marble flooring, custom cabinetry and lighting. The closest compartment off the foyer includes a full size stacked Maytag washer/dryer for private owner use. Double doors opens to the master and provide a grand feeling where you will find a king size bed, nightstands, port and starboard dressers and vanity. Ensuite separate his and her baths with custom whirpool tub and showers complete this magnificent retreat.

Aft of the owner's stateroom are two guest staterooms with a queen stateroom to starboard and a twin stateroom to port. Both staterooms are very comfortable in size and have been designer decorated to match the other areas of the vessel. Both feature large ensuite heads which include generous use of marble, custom fixtures and detailed joinery.

Entrance to the crew quarters is via a stairwell forward of the galley and features two complete staterooms each with it's own head, vanity and shower. The captains stateroom includes a queen sized berth and monitor for all the ships systems. Forward to starboard is a second crew with over/under twin sized berths. From the starboard companionway just aft of the galley and up a few stairs is the raised pilothouse, featuring a complete complement of electronics including two radars, color GPS and an extensive ships monitoring system. A settee and table provide an area for the owner and guests to relay while underway. A few stairs up from the pilothouse is access to large flybridge, equipped with a complete helm station, custom helm chairs, full service bar, grilling area, comfortable dining table with seating and sun lounge. Aft on the flybridge is a Marquipt davit and a newer tender.

Galley

Forward from the main salon is the "Country Kitchen" style galley. The galley is spacious and includes an oversized table and seating for eight with storage under the seating and on the forward bulkhead. Top of the line appliances and extra freezer/refrigeration space makes this galley a delight for any chef.

Deck

Beginning on the main deck, a spacious aft deck features a semi-circular with seating for eight. From the aft deck port and starboard you access wide, well lighted walk around well lighted walk around side decks which extend forward to the bow.

Stairways port and starboard on the aft deck lead down to the teak swim platform where the centerline transom door provides access to an equipment room and engine room. The equipment room houses the main electrical panels, Iso transformers and Glendenning cable reels. Water tight Freeman doors secure each of the transom doors and engine entries. From the equipment area forward is the engine room where the commitment to quality and first class workmanship is evident by the builder, owner and crew.
