The Tolly 40 is renowned for a great layout and maximum use of space.  She would be ideal as a family cruiser or live-aboard.  Her well proven hull is considered to be one of the best Monk designs, and her 13'4" beam combined with her 27,000 lb. displacement ensures a safe and comfortable ride.

'Mariah' is boathouse kept and her hull and brightwork are in excellent condition.

Entering the salon from the starboard sliding door, you have an interior steering station with radar and basic instrumentation.  The galley faces aft and features a 3 burner Princess electric stove, SS sink and fridge/freezer.  The L shaped settee is to port as is another sliding door.

Moving forward and down to the guest stateroom, there is a large V-berth configured for 2 singles and a guest head.

Moving aft and down to the master stateroom, there is a large offset double berth and a head with separate shower stall.  Along the Port side is a dressing table with ample storage. The access from the master to the cockpit area is through a  door and the enclosed cockpit that allows easy access to the sundeck and flybridge.
