  5. American Marine Grand Banks 42

    American Marine Grand Banks 42

    Northern Germany, Duitsland
    1992
    €125.000

Well equipped and renewed Grand Banks 42 for sale! Price just reduced to 125.000 EUR!! The GB42 was imported from Miami to Germany by the previous owner in January 2009. The boat was partially gutted in Miami, the hull and superstructure sanded, filled and primed. This is the condition in which the Grand Banks was imported to Germany by my previous owner. Why the Grand Banks was partially rebuilt in Florida is unfortunately unknown to me. Import papers, customs papers and invoices are available to me. Invoices with proof of VAT are available for the purchased components and the boat. The previous owner then began with the interior work in the saloon and the renewal of all electrical, water and heating pipes.  I bought the GB 42 MY in 2015 to have a domicile on the water and to travel the northern waters. Delivery 3/2016. In 2018 I had the engines overhauled by a specialist workshop, which also supplied and installed the ZF replacement gearboxes and Phyton Drive. The technical equipment in the engine compartment was removed, checked and partly renewed by me, as an electronics engineer, along with a new hydraulic steering system, instruments, etc. The entire technical equipment in the engine compartment and the engine were replaced by a specialist workshop. The entire technical equipment in the engine compartment and the diesel tanks were removed, cleaned, fitted with new connections and painted. Most of the interior fittings in the saloon, which I did not like, were removed or newly veneered. The new woodwork and furniture refurbishment was carried out by a boat builder in Marstal, Denmark. The foredeck with two cabins, WC/shower room and the aft cabin with separate WC and shower room have essentially been preserved in their original condition. In 2020, I brought the GB back to Germany and started to finish it. Unfortunately, due to personal circumstances and the associated change of location to southern climes, I was unable to complete the conversion. The remaining work, mainly on the interior, is not a great challenge for a water sports enthusiast with a talent for handicrafts. Technically, the boat is fully equipped and ready to sail. The asking price has now been drastically reduced to provide a greater incentive to buy and to compensate for the remaining work that still needs to be done. As a buyer of a globally popular Grand Banks, you can get a very spacious and extremely stable vessel for the whole family. The Grand Banks motor yacht was modernised, overhauled and some renewals were rebuilt according to the owner's ideas from 2017-2021. Equipment: 2017 – Refrigerator and wine cooler new 2018 - 2 x Ford Lehmann 2715E engines were completely overhauled by a specialised yard in 2018, water pump, starter and an alternator were renewed. 2019 - Exhaust systems completely renewed. 2 x replacement ZF45A gearboxes fitted. Shaft couplings (PhytonDrive), shafts, shaft bearings and screws new. Hydraulic steering complete, rudder blades new. 3 burner gas cooker new, tender new, water pressure system with pressure water tank, sink with single lever mixer new. Exterior paint and underwater paint new. Cayman 88 electric horizontal windlass, 10mm chain sprocket new. 2018 - 2020 VDO Instrument: Speedometer with GPS, depth sounder, oil pressure, water temperature, voltmeter and rev counter, VHF radio new,  Charger, isolating diodes, batteries and inverter new  12V and 220V electrical installation renewed.  2020 - 2 x Morse motor gearbox/double MT-3 (driver's stand below and above) and bowden cable new; 2019-2021 Interior partly new / modernised. Saloon and exterior upholstery new in 2020 Wooden trim outside and railing renewed in 2020 still to be completed (weather permitting)). Inflatable boat Chrystal 230 new (unused)

    Nautor Swan 56R

    Nord Deutschland, Duitsland
    2003
    €450.000

ONLY SWAN 56 CUSTOM EVER BUILT- EUR 450.000   This is the only Swan 56 Custom ever build. There will never be another 56 like Latona. The owners brief to design, build and the fastest, strongest engineered 56 at Nautor Swan to race/cruising worldwide without consideration of cost to accomplish the brief. Under the famous Yacht designer German Frers, SP Systems and Swan she exceeded what the owner wanted. At a cost of nearly twice that of a standard 56, here is a work of art by a wide margin the most beautiful yacht. Her hull, deck, internal structure was engineered by SP Systems to be the strongest lightest using composites, carbon where needed for more strength. Interior is totally custom cored to save weight and gorgeous with owners cabin aft with entrance. Her larger sail plan than standard along with major upgrades in 2010, new T design keel, new designed carbon rudder, new lighter stronger carbon spar to increase stability major increase in performance and rating. Any sailor would be thrilled to own her.   HISTORY Nautor Swan 56R  56-35    Nautor's Swan Agent Steve Barker has ordered a Custom Made Swan 56R built under his supervision for an American customer, modified and lighter than any other Swan 56. After enjoyable cruising and successful racing (including the Newport to Bermuda Race) SY FALCON spent two years on shore in boathouse before she was sold to a Norwegian owner who sailed her as SY MORE CHAOS in Northern Europe. In 2016, the current and third owner has purchased the Swan 56R, mainly for the 2017/2018 Atlantic Anniversary Regatta (AAR) on the occasion of the 150th anniversary of the Norddeutscher Regatta Verein. As SY LATONA she was mainly sailed in the Baltic Sea and as a highlight participated successfully in the AAR races from Gran Canaria to the Caribbs and from Bermuda to Hamburg. Currently, with some new sails LATONA prepares for the Rolex Fastnet Race which she has raced in already in 2017 where after this wonderful exemplar of Swan 56R will be "ready to go anywhere".    ELECTRICAL -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------   VOLTAGE: 12-volt start engine and 24 Volt for House system  BATTERIES (new 2017) : Twelve, with bold downs and covers on terminals.
