| The crew areas are 85% complete. |

| The Galley is bare steel, no fitout at all. |

| There are no main generators aboard and not much wiring. The generator room is basically bare. There is an emergency generator. |

| The engineroom is complete except insulation and air trunking. It is mainly original, but is good running condition. Engines are run monthly. There is a new 13 ton per day water maker and a new oily water separator. |

| The decks are at various stages of finish, from old teak to new steel, to painted, to filled. There are new SS bollards and some fairleads. |
